You are charged for results, not for time, requests or attempts. This table is the entire rate card — there is nothing under it.

A worked example
Say you want 200 businesses in a city, with a hundred reviews each. The businesses cost 200 credits. The reviews are ten pages per business, so 2,000. Add contact details for all of them and it is 400 more. The whole job lands at 2,600 credits — about $1.27 on the Basic plan.
Now put the intelligence layer over the twenty most promising of them: a hundred reviews each is five batches, so 20 credits of reading plus 10 for the report — 30 a business, 600 in total. Brief all twenty as leads and that is 400 more. Still under $2 for the lot.
The small print, without the small print
Credit pricing lives or dies on the edge cases. Here are ours, before you ask.
- You are charged for rows you receive, never for requests we make to get them.
- Reviews come by the page of ten, so a page of seven costs the same as a page of ten.
- Failed and blocked requests are retried at our expense and never billed.
- The same business found twice in one run is stored once and charged once.
- A listing whose data will not load is not saved, and not charged.
- Cancel a run half way and you keep everything collected so far, and pay for that only.
- Credits refresh at the start of each billing period. They do not roll over.
Billing questions
How am I billed?
Monthly, in US dollars, from the day your plan starts. You can change plan or cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than cutting off the month you have paid for.
What if I run out of credits?
Runs stop rather than overspending, and anything already collected stays yours. Move up a plan, or talk to us about a custom allowance.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the terms set out in our refunds and cancellation policy. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will put it right.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. If a longer commitment suits you better, get in touch and we will work something out on a custom plan.
