From 30 credits a business

Anyone can count stars. We tell you the story.

Data tells you who exists. Intelligence tells you which ones are worth your time and what to say when you reach them.

Review intelligence

What has been going wrong, for how long, and whether anyone fixed it.

Sentiment analysis tells you 23% of reviews are negative. Useful to nobody. We follow each specific problem across the whole review history: when it first appeared, whether it got worse, whether the owner responded, whether it stopped after they said they had fixed it, and what is still going wrong today.

  • Every complaint tracked from the month it first appeared
  • Problems that were fixed, and problems that came back
  • What the owner promised publicly, and whether it changed anything
  • What is still open right now, ranked by how often it comes up
  • Written for you specifically — see below

Lead intelligence

Every lead scored against your ideal customer, with an opening line.

Describe who you sell to once. Every business you collect gets measured against it and comes back with a fit score, the reasoning behind it, and the specific hook worth opening with — drawn from what their own customers said about them.

  • A fit score against your own ideal-customer profile, not a generic one
  • The reason this business fits, in a sentence you can act on
  • The angle to open with, taken from their reviews
  • Build your profile from a short questionnaire, or paste one you already have

The same business. Four different reports.

A report is only useful if it answers your question. Tell us who you are and the analysis is written for that job.

You own the business

What to fix first, what your last fix actually achieved, and what your customers have stopped complaining about.

You compete with them

Where they are weak, how long they have been weak there, and what their customers wish they did differently.

You are buying them

Whether the problems are structural or fixable, and whether the trend is up or down going into the deal.

You sell to them

The problem they have been failing to solve for two years — and the opening line that proves you noticed.

Why this is hard to copy

Anyone can send a month of reviews to a language model and get a summary back. That is a weekend project, and it tells you what you already knew.

The value is in the history. We already collect reviews going back years, which means we can follow a single complaint across time — first appearance, worst period, the owner’s reply, whether it stopped afterwards, whether it returned. That is a different question, and it needs the depth of data we happen to have.

What a report costs

Four credits for every twenty reviews read, plus ten for the report itself. Five hundred reviews analysed and written up for one reader is 110 credits — around five pence on the Basic plan, against the afternoon it would take you to read them yourself.

Depth is the dial. A business with sixty reviews costs a fraction of one with five hundred, because we only read what is there.

Reports run on review history you have already collected, so the deeper your history, the more there is to say. Adding a second reader afterwards is ten credits — the analysis is already done.
